Our Services

New South Environmental provides environmental, pumping, waste removal, and related services, which may include septic tank pumping, FOG and grease trap pumping, RV pump-outs, wastewater removal, water extraction, debris removal, emergency pumping services, and other related services.

Service availability may vary based on location, equipment availability, site conditions, waste type, scheduling, weather, regulatory requirements, and other circumstances.

Information provided on this website is intended to provide a general overview of our services and does not guarantee that a particular service is available for every property, location, or situation.

Service Requests & Scheduling

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, calling our company, or otherwise contacting New South Environmental does not guarantee a service appointment or create a binding service agreement.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by New South Environmental.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property, requested service, tank or system location, waste type, site conditions, access requirements, and any other information reasonably necessary for us to evaluate or perform the requested work.

Estimates & Pricing

Any estimate, quote, or pricing information provided through our website, by phone, by email, or through other communications may be based on the information available to us at the time.

Final pricing may vary depending on factors such as waste volume, tank size, accessibility, site conditions, additional labor, equipment requirements, disposal requirements, travel, unexpected conditions, or additional services requested or required.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, website information should not be considered a guaranteed price or binding estimate.

Property Access & Site Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and the areas necessary for New South Environmental to perform the requested services.

This may include providing access to septic tanks, grease traps, grease interceptors, holding tanks, RV systems, wastewater areas, debris, gates, driveways, or other service locations.

Customers should disclose known hazards, underground utilities, restricted areas, unstable surfaces, animals, access limitations, or other conditions that could affect the safety or completion of the work.

New South Environmental reserves the right to delay, modify, or decline service when site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, inconsistent with the information provided, or otherwise prevent the work from being performed safely or properly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. Customers should contact New South Environmental as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled.

Certain cancellations, missed appointments, or service calls where our team is unable to access the property may be subject to applicable trip, cancellation, or service fees if those fees were disclosed as part of the service arrangement.

Emergency Services

New South Environmental may offer 24-hour emergency pumping and wastewater services for certain situations.

While we make reasonable efforts to respond promptly to emergency service requests, response times cannot be guaranteed. Response times may depend on location, weather, road conditions, equipment and personnel availability, the nature of the emergency, and other circumstances outside our control.

If a situation presents an immediate threat to life, health, fire safety, or public safety, contact the appropriate emergency authorities.

Payments

Customers are responsible for payment for services performed in accordance with the pricing and payment terms communicated at the time of service, through an estimate, invoice, service agreement, or other arrangement.

Additional charges may apply when the actual scope of work differs from the information originally provided or when additional labor, equipment, disposal, or services are required.

Waste Acceptance & Disposal

Certain materials may be subject to restrictions, special handling requirements, additional charges, or applicable environmental and disposal regulations.

Customers are responsible for accurately identifying or disclosing, to the best of their knowledge, the type of waste or materials to be removed.

New South Environmental reserves the right to refuse materials that cannot be safely or legally transported, handled, or disposed of.

Waste and other materials collected by New South Environmental will be handled and disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements and our standard operating procedures.
